Shipping

We take around 2 days to process your order. After we ship it, it will take:

Mainland Portugal: between 2 and 4 working days. Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT between 9:00am and the 6:00 pm.

Azores and Madeira: up to 5 working days. Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT.

Other countries of the European Union: between 3 and 8 working days – Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT and national posts.

It is the Client's responsibility to provide, at the time of purchase, a correct delivery address where someone is always available to receive the order.

Any errors in the provided address, unavailability, or absence of someone to receive the order that result in a new delivery attempt by the carrier will be subject to an additional charge equivalent to the delivery cost for that location.

International Shipping 

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs checks in the destination country.

We are based in Portugal (European Union), and the customer is responsible for paying any taxes, customs duties, or additional charges required by the local authorities in their country.

No customs fees will be applied to orders delivered within the European Union.
