When will my order arrive?
We take around 2 days to process your order. After we ship it, it will take:
Mainland Portugal: between 2 and 4 working days. Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT between 9:00am and the 6:00 pm.
Azores and Madeira: up to 5 working days. Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT.
Other countries of the European Union: between 3 and 8 working days – Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT and national posts.

It is the Client's responsibility to provide, at the time of purchase, a correct delivery address where someone is always available to receive the order. Any errors in the provided address, unavailability, or absence of someone to receive the order that result in a new delivery attempt by the carrier will be subject to an additional charge equivalent to the delivery cost for that location.
What type of shipping is available?
Only standard shipping is available at the moment.
However, if you have an urgent need, please reach out to us — we'll do our best to make it happen!
Do you ship internationally?
Of course we do! :D
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs checks in the destination country.
We are based in Portugal (European Union), and the customer is responsible for paying any taxes, customs duties, or additional charges required by the local authorities in their country.
No customs fees will be applied to orders delivered within the European Union.
How long does international delivery take?
Orders within Europe usually arrive within 5–10 business days. International shipping outside Europe may take 7–20 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel online.
An item I like is sold out! will it be re-stocked?
Probably not!
All of our designs made in small quantities! Each piece is handmade and is one of a kind.
Due to its authenticity, the raw material, patterns, beads or other characteristics may be slightly different from the photos.

Where is everything made?
Almost all of our styles are made in India!
Our pieces are all handmade by local and experienced artisans, and because they are handcrafted and made of natural raw materials, no two pieces are the same, neither in color nor in size, but they are all made with the greatest dedication.
We pride ourselves on using certified fair trade vendors. We partner with the highest level artisans and craftsman to achieve the best quality possible.
How should I take care of my Zawi's?
Even though all pieces are made from strong natural materials, anything can break or crack if not carefully stored.
- Avoid leaving pieces loose in your wallet
- Remove the back of the earring carefully, not applying unnecessary force to the structure.
Can I exchange my Zawi purchase?
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can proceed with your exchange within 14 days after receiving them.
The product must maintain its original tags and features.
You may exchange for another item of equal or higher value.
Shipping costs of exchanging an item are the client’s responsibility.
If you choose to send by mail, please ship all returning items with a tracking number! :)
Can I return my Zawi purchase?
Yes, returns are only accepted for online purchases. In-store purchases are final, unless the item is faulty.
We offer a 14-day return period for international orders, starting from the day you receive your package.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please contact our support team at zawi@zawi.pt with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
